Emergency Child Care First Aid with CPR/AED Level B is an 8 hour program designed by the Canadian Red Cross. The course offers an overview of the latest first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills with a focus on childhood injuries and illnesses. Course is designed for those in the early childhood education industry as well as for parents/caregivers. In order to be successful, candidates must demonstrate practical skill competency, achieve a minimum of 75% on a multiple-choice exam and attend the full course. Upon successful completion of the course participants will receive a Canadian Red Cross CPR & AED certificate that is valid for three years.Certification is valid for three years.
